Our Story

Tony Ortega has 22 years of HVAC experience. Fred Ailey has 15 years of HVAC experience. Both continue to work as a servicing technicians working directly with customers to this day. As one of the co-owners, he understand the value of building relationships with his customers, and making sure, they get top-notch customer service. It is not just about servicing AC units, but also servicing customers. Both Tony & Fred decided to start their own company, because they wanted to make sure they serviced a specific area of Tarrant County. After working with a couple of the larger competitors, they quickly realized when you spread yourself too thin, customer service dilutes. 

They had a vision, to be the best customer service orientated company in all of Tarrant County, specifically Arlington, Texas and its surrounding areas. 

The goal, to provide quality service at a quality price, to be able to respond to customer needs in a timely manner, because their focus was only a specific region of Tarrant County. AC service and AC repair for residential is just one of their specialties, they also do HVAC Repair and service for commercial companies. Both Tony and Fred understand, the best compliment one can receive is a referring customer. Their goal is to have more referral business because of the quality of service and quality of work they do.
