"Awesome Service!"

Yesterday Aug 8 – our AC stopped working – we went a night in Texas heat with 3 kids, a dog AND hubby and I being 13 years married not many arguments- blaming each other for the break down- lol- Needless to say we called Ally spoke to an AWESOME rep Fred – and he was SUPER understanding and made us an appointment ASAP. Now the work is not done, but the first part makes us feel like Ally really cares and will make sure the job is complete. I will follow up with another review after completion.

"Incredible Service!"

I knew I needed/wanted an upgraded AC system for my 2nd floor which is always HOT during the Summer with unit running full blast. Called Ally Air, Fred and Tony came out and gave me a bid. They were $3k less than my friend’s who just had same system installed by one of the BIG companies that advertises on the radio. Fred and crew worked very hard, completed the job quickly, no issues. New inside unit, all new ducts, registers/returns, and outside unit. They did a super professional job! Did everything they said at the price they quoted. Kid’s say its too cold up there now…

I have AHS home warranty and after returning from vacation we realized our AC unit motor had gone out and living here in Texas the internal temperature of the house was 86 degrees. Ally Heating was assigned the job. I called them immediately after receiving their phone number. I spoke with a gentleman (forgot his name) that told me he was a day and half out. He asked what was going on and after I told him he said give him 20-30 mins and he will see if he can get someone out today which happen to be Friday! He called back and had someone out within 3 hours. Tony & Sam came out...Not only did they know what they were doing they also had a great sense of humor which showed me they loved their job which is great to see! They were missing one part however, went and purchased it replacing both parts with the same original parts. They were in and out with our AC humming along. They even rinsed off both units (even though there was only one out) which they didn't have to do so, I had to ask their names so I can leave a review. I love to give positive reviews when they are deserved and my experience was 5 Star quality! Give these guys a bonus as well as the guy that made it happen when I called in. Because without him...none of this would have happened today!

Had the surprising pleasure of having Ally assigned to my AC issue from my home warranty company I've been with for many years. They are understanding and polite on the phone when scheduling. Once scheduled, I received SUPER convenient text messages reminding me of the appointment and when the tech was on the way to my house. Chris, Andrew, and Gus ended up at my house towards the end of a very long Friday for these gentlemen and you would've thought they might be understandably tired and possibly a little grumpy (you never know what you're going to get with home warranty companies), but these guys showed up as professional as could be. Asked a couple of questions and was all over the problem within minutes. They finished up the issue and actually ended up checking both of my thermostats and filters just to make certain everything was good to go. They went outside to absolutely rule out any other issues and verified all was good (not trying to gouge me for anything, not trying to "scare" me with "potential" problems like other companies). To say the least, I was completely impressed with ALLY and how they conduct their business from beginning to end.
Chris, Andrew, and Gus have restored my faith that there actually are good businesses out there in the AC repair realm that put the customer first. These gentlemen definitely deserve a pat on the back and I absolutely recommend ALLY Air Conditioning...I'd give 6 stars if I could!

"Go-To AC Guys!"

I have found my new "go to" AC guy!!! I've been having problems with my AC since I moved into my house 3 years ago. I have a 15 year old Trane and every year I pray that it makes it through another summer. I've had various guys work on my ac here and there, never feeling confident with them or their capability of HVAC trouble shooting. I was referred to Fred from my co worker. I reached out to him Monday morning after a terribly hot weekend. He was super quick to respond and work with my work schedule - imagine that!! Fred came out the very next morning, spent about an hour checking both the inside unit and the outside unit and gave me two options. Top off the existing unit with Freon to potentially make it another summer or replace the outside unit and the inside coils. I elected the more affordable route. Fred topped off my Freon and I immediately noticed a difference in my house. It instantly became comfortable and we both feel confident that we will make it another summer. Fred seemed knowledgeable, confident and trustworthy. I also feel like his prices are fair. If at some point we need to replace the unit I will definitely give him a call!! Thank you for everything Fred!

Early morning next day, Tony along with Andrew and Gus showed up, removed the old system and completed the installation in a few hours.
